Service Description

The plyometric system trains athletes to generate strength and power instantly while enhancing agility, balance, and coordination, which are crucial for injury prevention. By focusing on proper mechanics of lower limb strength and power, knee stability, and hip strength and power, volleyball players can consistently produce power throughout a match. To conclude, we will incorporate attacking and blocking drills to reinforce these skills.

Please be advised that cancellations will receive ONLY a credit for a future training session, NO REFUNDS will be given. If Edge Volleyball Training cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
