Complete Athlete Development Program

The Complete Athlete Development Program was created for athletes and families who want more for themselves than a weekly private lesson. Growth does not come from an additional hour of practice each week, growth comes from consistency in and out of the gym where athletes are not only working on their skills, but their mental toughness.

This program is about confronting the parts of themselves where doubt, fear, inconsistency, and self destructive habits still exist and replacing them with discipline, accountability, and daily habits that turn into confidence and allow them to reach their highest goals.

Growth is often mistaken for fear because to grow, you have to be comfortable being uncomfortable. 

 

This means your athlete will feel uncomfortable at times, because growth does not come from being comfortable

Growth comes from being uncomfortable because you've never been here before.  If you want to grow, you cannot stay the same. Plateaus are inevitable, no one stays on a never-ending incline. It’s what you do when you reach those plateaus that determine your trajectory. 

They want to fully immerse themselves into something that feels genuine and that their athletes's best interest are taken care of. yet gets results that most do not.

Creating the 1 hour transformations many of you have seen on social media, shows incredible improvements in the 1 hour private lessons. However, what you don't see, is the self doubt and tears some of the athletes have to go through in order to allow them to fully accept the transformation. This is the side social media doesn't want you to see, is the tears, the unhappiness, the fights, the doubt that so many athletes go through espeically the athletes who are playing at the highest level.

 

We live in a world where resources are at our finger tips, but what we dont' have is the genuinity of what we see. This is why 

 

This program is not for everyone and will push your athlete at times to tears but overall it will bring them to be their most confident self. This is a full athlete transformation so your athlete can reach their highest goals. Coach Kensie will only take 10 athletes in this program due to the high level of involvement.

In order for your athlete to make this transformation to the athlete that reaches their highest goal, 

We often hear, “She had so much potential, but…” and those “buts” usually come from the same things: lack of dedication, inconsistent effort, poor habits, not having the right support system, too much outside noise, or realizing too late what it actually takes to reach the next level.

As a coach, I have seen all of these "buts" and as much as I would love to help these athletes navigate those buts, a weekly private lesson isn't enough. These athletes are not missing just skills, but they are missing a voice and someone who truly cares about them, to help them through the failures and vulnerbility that are part of 

Over the years, one of the hardest things for us to hear is, “She had so much potential.”

Because the reality is, most athletes do have potential. What many athletes are missing is not talent. They are missing direction, structure, accountability, confidence, and someone consistently helping guide them through the process.

Today, families are constantly surrounded by noise. Social media trainers, recruiting opinions, camps, showcases, strength programs, highlight videos, private lessons, and outside pressure can leave athletes feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what they actually need to focus on to reach their goals.This program was created to eliminate that noise.

The Complete Athlete Development Program provides athletes and families with a clear, individualized path built specifically around the athlete’s goals, strengths, weaknesses, mindset, habits, and long term development. Every part of the athlete’s growth is approached with intention, not just what happens during a lesson.

Every athlete in the program receives individualized weekly support through mental performance guidance, confidence building, film breakdowns, daily volleyball homework, game analysis, strength and conditioning guidance, accountability tracking, ongoing communication, and recruiting support for athletes who choose to pursue playing at the next level.

More importantly, this program is built around relationships and trust. We understand how difficult it can be for parents to know exactly what their athlete needs or how to help push them without creating stress, frustration, or pressure at home. This program helps create that balance by giving athletes another trusted voice, mentor, and support system throughout the process.

We have already started this program with one athlete and within just one month she has increased her physicality, improved her daily habits and accountability, and received an invitation to attend her dream school’s camp along with three additional camp invites from schools she is interested in.

Because of how personal and involved this process is, Coach Kensie will only accept 10 athletes per year into the Complete Athlete Development Program. This is not a large scale program where athletes get lost in the crowd. Once an athlete joins the program, their goals become our goals too, and we are fully invested in helping them reach their highest potential both in volleyball and in life.

This program is demanding and requires full commitment, accountability, and consistency from both the athlete and parents, but for athletes truly serious about reaching their highest level, the long term growth and opportunities will be worth it.
