Small group training (2-6 athletes) is the most effective way to bridge the gap between practice and game performance. It provides a competitive, high-energy environment while still allowing for focused skill development.

  • More Game-Like Reps → Train in realistic scenarios instead of isolated drills, improving decision-making and reaction time.

For best results, we recommend forming a group with your teammates or athletes of similar skill levels (any position).

When booking, please include the athletes’ names and their parents' email addresses so we can send the invoice and finalize the lesson.
