Service Description

A specific positional volleyball camp designed to provide more in-depth training for serve receive and defensive. We will work on perfecting their serve receive, learning how to read the hitters more efficiently, emergency defense including sprawls, pancakes and dolphin dives, and how to run the back court. Participants will receive personalized instruction and individualized feedback to help them improve their skills and technique in small groups with the same position, then will work on putting their new skills to the test with the other positions.
